ImagineWear admitted as Finalist in the 2022 Model Entrepreneur® Competition

On May 27th, the ImagineWear team was notified that they had been admitted into the final round of the 2022 Model Entrepreneur® Competition. The competition, also known as MEC, is a global competition hosted each year by the Columbia Business School Venture For All® (VFA) and IEG Global Association. The competition website explains that "students joining the competition will have an opportunity to get exposed to real-world business problems by composing a business plan that consists of product analysis, market analysis, marketing plan, financial planning, and risk management. In addition to the business plan, students also need to produce a promotional video of their products/services and present it to the judging panel”

The ImagineWear team (entered into the competition as Team 101), was admitted to the final round out of hundreds of other competitors and is incredibly satisfied to have received this opportunity to further showcase ImagineWear.

This designation marks the second time ImagineWear has been admitted into a finalist round for an entrepreneurship competition, and the team looks forward to presenting ImagineWear to judges and panelists in July, where a virtual final round will be conducted. Before that, the team will have to prepare a final pitch deck with in-depth analysis, film both a roadshow and promotional video, and continue developing their technology.
